We have recently bought from VisaVerde CS S.L. an appartment in Tenerife, after contacting them from the internet. They were very efficient and responded with great efficiency & dealt with matters promptly.

Hello my name is Majella McGregor & I reside in Ireland. In May my husband Noel & I decided that it would be nice to have our own apt/studio in Tenerife. At that particular time we had absolutely no contact in Tenerife nor did we know of any estate agents etc, so I did a search via the internet (Long Live the Internet!).

I mailed my requirements to 12 companies and I got 2 replies, one from VisaVerde CS S.L. from Debbie. I must say that from the outset both Debbie & Connie were very conscious of our budget and our requirements. We booked a week to Tenerife in July where we met with Connie who showed us around a number of apts on Monday and then we met with Debbie on Wednesday who showed us a number of other aptartments, including new developments. I felt very comfortable dealing with Connie & Debbie and I felt that I could trust them completely which for me was a big thing as I knew most of our dealings would have to be via the phone and email.

I must also stress at this stage that, at no point was pressure put on us by either Debbie or Connie to purchase a property and I admire them for this. We eventually made an offer on an apt., on our return to Ireland which was rejected and then a counter offer which was accepted. Between July & September Connie kept in constant contact with me via the email, she set up our bank account, emailed a note of the exact costs in the purchase of the property, organised for our NIE numbers etc.. and other numerous items too numerous to mention.

We revisited Tenerife in September and signed the deed etc. I'm very grateful to Connie for all the extra work she attended to on our behalf and all her staff.

Here was an agent who was honest, trustworthy and what's more willing to work for you, the client. This gave me the confidence that she could deliver what was required and I have no second thoughts about recommending her and her team to any would be purchaser of property out in Tenerife.

A year ago I started my search for an apartment in Tenerife and to help me find what I was looking for I contacted 3 or 4 agents. Unfortunately I found that most of them were too busy trying to rip me off, sell me something I didn't want or show me highly priced rubbish.

When buying a property, especially overseas, it is necessary to have a good agent, one that is trustworthy, who is prepared to undertake the task of finding what is required and above all one that you, as the client, has confidence in but my experience proved that this was a rare commodity.
